The purpose of the KABVI NEWS, a Kansas Association for the
Blind and Visually Impaired Inc. publication, is to promote the
general welfare of the blind in Kansas.
KABVI news shall reflect the philosophy and policies of the
Association, report the activities of its members and include pertinent
articles regarding visual impairment.
Any articles for publication should be forwarded to the editor
by January 22, April 22, July 22 and October 22 of each year. Editorial
staff reserves the right to edit submitted materials.
Publication Policy:
Send us your news, views, articles and features. Materials printed
in Braille, on tape, on computer disk (WordPerfect 5.1 or ASCII)
or print will be considered. Typewritten materials must be double-spaced.
When quoting from other published material, please include dates
and sources. Unsigned material will not be considered for publication.
If you send a stamped, self-addressed envelope, we will return original
materials. Thank you for your cooperation.
